Somebody gotta upload this (HGuard v3.0) file on forums, so we could download and install. Some of us cant download straight from the server.

mmh.. damn....idk waht is happend with the server..some guys are installing things and now the server got problems....and a lot of people can't play cuz don't know how fix his problems in the server:S
just try to contact with insta...maybe he can help u guys...:s (thats suck)

It is not me adding mods, the problem occured when SK and Ct server installed the old version of Hguard. This confused the new hguard.
I'll post a guide to fix this

Download here the file Hackguardv3.dll
